Great company, i had a water line in a wall break. They dried out the crawl space and repaired all the water damage, replaced the flooring, and replaced insulation in the crawl space in a very timely fashion. reasonably priced very satisfied.

I used No Fear Restoration for some water damage and they were amazing. We had a water line to the fridge fail and it leaked through the floor and into the basement.
At first it didn't seem like much but once they were on site they located mold in carpeting, baseboards and even some furniture.
They were quick to respond and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

They did such thorough work and it looks great now that they have completed the job.
It’s refreshing to have a contractor that responds quickly to request for a bid and then gets the job scheduled promptly and completed on time.

No Fear Restoration did an incredible job repairing and restoring my flooded crawl space. They came to assess the damage within hours and started pumping out water on the same day. Berrit and his team are friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process every step of the way so I always knew what to expect. Berrit helped me navigate the insurance process, which was a huge help. I hope to never wake up to a flooded crawl space again. But if I do, I’m calling No Fear to clear it out.

Barret Casad & his crew did a great job for my dad’s house. He cleaned up under the house, replaced some rotting skirting & laid a new moisture barrier. His service was fast& the work was completed quickly. His estimate matched the final bill with no surprises. Changes to the work done we discussed & price adjustments agreed upon beforehand. I had an issue with my washing machine overflowing one night before bed. Flooded my whole downstairs area. I was in utter shock and horror. With it being so late in the evening, I thought for sure I would have to wait until the next day for help, but No Fear answered the call and showed up immediately. Berrit at No Fear Restoration is the man you want around when these horrible situations occur. I’ve dealt with other restoration companies, none of them compare to No Fear. They’re setting the standard. They dealt with my insurance, they answered every question I had, and were responsive from start to finish. When disaster strikes, have No Fear.

We found some contamination in our wall space and were very concerned. We called No Fear and they came out the same day to assess the area. They put together a comprehensive testing and treatment plan; work began the next day. Total remediation and test results only took a matter of days! The week before Christmas 2025 along with so many people with the torrential rains in WA, our house got flooded. Berrit came out immediately. He communicated very well and told me the truth, which I respect. They handled the whole job professionally, in a timely manner, even offering to come check on the progress on Christmas Day, which was unnecessary because they had the situation pretty much in hand at that time, but it was very much appreciated. I have been impressed with them as a company and as individuals as well. I did not know them at all until they came to our rescue, but believe them to be highly ethical good people. These guys are awesome! Berrit and Brad are some of the hardest workers I've ever met. They truly take pride in their work and care for their customers. Nobody likes to deal with insurance, but Berrit really knows his way around the business and made the whole process so much easier, communicating and explaining everything along the way. "No Fear" really is a fitting name!
